Each one has different shape and color characteristics, but will have a similar aesthetic to the stone in the images* FAQ: Q: How long will this take to arrive? A: It takes us about 1-2 weeks to create a piece in your ring size from scratch. Typically you can expect it to be shipped in roughly 7-10 days, and domestic shipping takes a couple of days. International shipping takes about 5 days*. If you need it ASAP be sure to let us know and we'll try our best to get it out sooner. *International duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Q: Are the gemstones engagement ring quality? A: Absolutely, unequivocally yes. When you open the ring box, there is no question. They are quite brilliant. Q: How do you deal with returns, concerns, etc.? A: We handle everything with as much care as possible. We will fully refund any piece that isn't to satisfaction. If you changed your mind, or you don't like it as much as you expected, we just ask that you return the piece within about a week. Q: Do you offer custom services? A: Yes, we do, but we will only work on a couple at a time. So, make sure to let us know in advance if you plan on starting one in the future.
