Made to order Orders are generally prepared within 4–6 business days. Please check your chosen piece for its specific production time. An express shipping upgrade does not shorten production time. United States Free USPS Ground Advantage. Upgrade to UPS express for $35 per order. Canada, Mexico, the EU and United Kingdom $25 per order. Spain has the separate options below. Other available European destinations $35 per order. Available destinations are shown in your bag. Australia, Spain, Hong Kong and Japan GlobalPost: $25 per order, approximately 2 weeks in transit. UPS Expedited: $50 per order. International duties Import duties vary by region and are not included in your purchase. Any duties, customs charges, or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Tracking We will email your tracking details when your jewelry ships. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Returns
At Lithibithi, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds: Return Timeframe: You can request a return or refund within 2 weeks of delivery. Eligible Items: Items must be in unworn condition to qualify for a return. Custom items are not eligible for returns. Refund Options: Refunds can be issued back to your original payment method with a 10% restocking fee. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit with no restocking fee. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us.
