Privacy policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lithibithi (Facet Labs LLC) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit lithibithi.com, buy jewelry, or contact our studio.

Information we collect and why

We use your contact details, delivery and billing information, selected products, personalization instructions, payment confirmation, and correspondence to make and deliver your order, provide support, handle returns, prevent fraud, and meet our recordkeeping obligations. Hosting and payment providers also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and secure their services.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payment details on its checkout page. Our store does not receive or store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the website and its order database and forwards messages sent to our business email addresses. Resend sends order and shipping emails. Our private Listing Studio receives paid orders for fulfillment; Shippo and the selected shipping carrier receive information needed to arrange and deliver shipments. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction as described by applicable law.

Cookies and your choices

The storefront uses necessary cookies to remember your shopping bag and protect access to order information. Admin sign-in uses a separate session cookie. Stripe and Cloudflare may use their own technologies for checkout and security. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent the bag or checkout from working.

Subject to the regional choices described here, we load Google Ads measurement to understand which advertising leads to purchases. Google may receive advertising click identifiers, cookie identifiers, browser and network information, the page address, an order identifier, currency, and the merchandise value of a confirmed purchase. We do not send customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or personalization instructions through this measurement. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are not enabled. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy policies (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

For visitors in the United States, optional Google measurement is enabled unless you decline. For visitors elsewhere, it stays off until you choose Accept measurement. You can decline or withdraw consent through Cookie choices in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling advertising measurement, even if you previously accepted. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes our first-party Google attribution cookies; it does not remove data already received by Google. Your shopping bag and checkout work without optional measurement.

Etsy listings and reviews

We display public product information and customer reviews from our Etsy shop, including review text, ratings, dates, and links back to Etsy. Purchases on this website are processed separately from Etsy orders. External websites, including Etsy and Stripe, have their own privacy notices.

Communications

We send messages needed to confirm and fulfill your order or respond to your request. This storefront does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

Right of Portability: You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.

Right to Opt out of Sale or Sharing or Targeted Advertising: You may have a right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information or to opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes considered to be "targeted advertising", as defined in applicable privacy laws.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required under applicable law.

You can contact your local data protection authority.

International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.

If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect our services or legal requirements. The updated date above identifies the latest version.

Store traffic and sales statistics

We count page views, broad referral sources, cart additions and checkout activity to understand how our store is used. Broad traffic totals do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, stored IP addresses, or full referring URLs. Optional source attribution uses a signed first-party cookie for up to 30 days to link first and most recent arrival sources to carts and orders. We store source categories, limited campaign labels and product-page paths, but do not store raw Google click IDs or full referring URLs. In the United States, optional source and Google advertising measurement is enabled unless you decline through Cookie choices; elsewhere it stays disabled until you accept. Existing declines, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional measurement. Source records linked to carts and orders and purchase-tag status records are retained for up to 400 days. A tag being queued or its callback running does not establish that Google attributed a purchase to an ad. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for browsing analytics. Order and payment records remain necessary to process purchases and maintain business records. Access to the dashboard is restricted to the store owner. Analytics events are retained for up to 400 days.

Studio chat

When you use studio chat, we store your name, email and conversation so we can respond. Messages are delivered through our email provider to the same studio inbox used by Charmingly. Our email replies appear in your website conversation. A private access token saved in this browser lets you return to your chat for up to 90 days. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
