At Lithibithi, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Return Timeframe:

   • You can request a return or refund within 2 weeks of delivery.

2. Eligible Items:

   • Items must be in unworn condition to qualify for a return.
   • Custom items are not eligible for returns.

3. Refund Options:

   • Refunds can be issued back to your original payment method with a 10% restocking fee.
   • Alternatively, you can opt for store credit with no restocking fee.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us.
