Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping:

All items are crafted at the time of purchase in our Tampa, FL studio. Depending on the item, it can take 4-7 business days to prepare and ship.

Most items are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase. Altogether, most items arrive in 7-10 days. Express shipping options are available. Please let us know if you have an important date approaching so we can try our best to make it arrive in a timely manner.

Items are shipped discreetly with minimal giveaway as to what is inside. Because many of our items are intended as gifts, and unless otherwise requested, there will be no paper invoice included in the package. All purchase info will be sent via email and can be gathered online or from our contact form.

Returns:

All of our items are represented as accurately as possible, but we understand that there are times when someone may change their mind or regret their purchase. We accept ALL returns within 2 weeks of delivery, and UNWORN/UNOPENED returns within 30 days of delivery. We will accept exchanges on all items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the value and nature of precious metals, this is a strict return policy and we cannot make exceptions. We do not provide return shipping, and will apply a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty:

We offer free resizing for all rings initiated within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs $10 (which includes both sending and receiving). All repairs are also covered within 3 months of delivery. We may consider repairing items beyond that point under certain circumstances, and we may also refuse repairs depending on their extent.
